Returning To EliteSingles In Ireland?

Check your previous account before starting again.

The current EliteSingles platform uses a new account system, and previous account data was not transferred. That may explain an old account not being found, but it does not explain every failed login or identify which former Irish accounts are affected.

Elite Singles Ireland provides information and a route to the current EliteSingles service. It cannot look up your former account or retrieve its records.

Use the original evidence

First, Identify The Account You Used

The EliteSingles name and a matching email address do not, by themselves, prove that two accounts belong to the same system. Find the original confirmation email before treating a current sign-in failure as a migration issue.

  • Website or app: note the original website address and the sender's domain in your confirmation email, not just the displayed brand name.
  • Sign-in identity: record the email address or sign-in method you originally used.
  • Timing: find an approximate registration month and year. Mention whether you registered in Ireland or elsewhere.
  • Payment, where relevant: locate the receipt showing the seller, purchase channel and order reference.

Four problems, different routes

Choose The Situation That Matches Yours

Match the account or payment problem to the appropriate next step
SituationNext StepWhat Not To Assume
You Recently Used Your Current Account Use the current EliteSingles sign-in screen and its password-reset option, or contact current support. A new error is not evidence that your account belongs to the previous system.
A Historical Account Is Not Found Give support the original service and registration period. Ask whether the old-account statement applies to you. The brand name does not establish which records were transferred or retained.
You Are Unsure Which Email Or Service You Used Identify it from confirmation emails and receipts before requesting an account lookup. Creating another account will not establish the identity of the original one.
An Old Payment Or A Continuing Charge Concerns You Match the transaction to the seller and purchase channel. A login failure does not confirm that a subscription has stopped.

Three different meanings

What To Expect From Your Old Profile And Messages

Not Migrated
The records were not moved into the current system. This does not tell you whether they can be recovered.
Recoverable
Someone can retrieve the records through an available process. Non-transfer does not establish that such a process exists.
Deleted
The records have been removed. Their absence from a new system is not proof of permanent deletion by the former operator.

A reset email or a newly accepted email address would not, on its own, confirm that old photos, messages or matches are available. Ask for confirmation about historical records; do not send private conversations as evidence.

Follow the purchase, not the logo

If You Previously Paid For A Membership

Former paid subscribers can send purchase evidence to support for review. A review does not promise a refund, credit, restored Premium access or migration. The seller on your original receipt may not be the current account provider.

Purchased Through Apple

Use the Apple Account associated with the receipt to check Apple purchase history. For subscription management on iPhone, open Settings, your name, then Subscriptions.

Apple's subscription instructions for Ireland also explain what to do when the charge belongs to another company.

Purchased Through Google Play

Check the Google Account that received the purchase confirmation. In the Play Store, open your profile icon, Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & history to find the order.

Use Google's subscription controls for a Play-billed membership. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it.

Paid On A Website Or Through Another Seller

Use the merchant and contact details on the original receipt. When there is no receipt, match the transaction date and amount to your statement before deciding whom to contact.

Keep the original currency in your query. Do not substitute today's billing descriptor or assume every Irish purchase was charged in euros.

One clear request

What To Include When Asking For Help

Copy this text into your own message and replace the bracketed prompts. Omit payment lines when the question concerns only account access.

Subject: Previous EliteSingles account and subscription query

I previously used EliteSingles and now live in Ireland.

Previous website or app: [original address or app name]
Previous account email or sign-in method: [details]
Approximate registration date: [month and year]
Country at registration, if different from Ireland: [country]
Exact error text: [copy the message shown]

Purchase channel and seller: [Apple / Google Play / website; seller]
Purchase date and order reference: [details, if relevant]
Amount and original currency: [if relevant]

Please confirm whether the current account system can recognise this previous account and whether any historical profile data is accessible. For the payment query, please confirm the appropriate billing contact and what evidence they require.

Before attaching a receipt, redact full payment-card details and unrelated transactions. Keep only the relevant seller, date, amount and order reference. Never include passwords or one-time codes.

Send your completed message to account support. Elite Singles Ireland does not receive your message or attachments.

A separate decision

Starting Again On The Current Platform

Create a new profile only when that is what you intend to do. It is separate from retrieving historical information or settling an old payment question. Do not assume previous verification or paid entitlements carry over, or that registering cancels an existing subscription.

To start separately, begin with Elite Singles Ireland. For an unresolved account or purchase question, use the relevant route above rather than paying again to try to recover history.
